Return Window

We accept returns for exchange only within 15 days of the delivery date. After 15 days, all sales are considered final.

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds. Items may be exchanged for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. In such cases, we’ll cover the return freight.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.
